We collect anonymous usage analytics (app opens, feature usage, crash reports) to understand how Lainie is used and to improve the product. This data does not include the content of your conversations.

Device Information

We collect standard device information (device type, operating system version, app version) to provide technical support and ensure compatibility.

• AI Infrastructure: Your conversations are processed by AI infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements. They do not use your data for training without consent.
• Analytics: We use anonymized analytics to understand app usage patterns.
• Payment Processing: Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store payment card information.
