How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Lainie Premium is managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel: go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Lainie → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

I've used my 50 free messages. What next?

After using your 50 free messages, you can upgrade to Lainie Premium for unlimited conversations. Tap the upgrade prompt in the app to subscribe through the App Store.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your Lainie account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your account email and we'll process the deletion within 7 business days.

Is Lainie available on Android?

Lainie is currently iOS-only. Android support is on our roadmap. Sign up at hilainie.com to be notified when it launches.

My conversation history disappeared

Conversation history sync requires a Premium subscription. If you're a Premium subscriber and experiencing sync issues, try signing out and back into the app. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].
