1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lainie, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Lainie.

2. Description of Service

Lainie is an AI-powered relationship advice application that provides supportive guidance on dating, relationships, friendships, and related topics. Lainie is available on iOS and is provided by Marar Inc.

3. Not a Mental Health Service

Lainie is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact qualified professionals or emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lainie. By using Lainie, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should use Lainie with parental awareness.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lainie to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the AI system
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

7. Subscription and Billing

Lainie offers a free tier with 50 messages and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

Lainie and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Marar Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lainie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI advice will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marar Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lainie, including reliance on AI-generated advice.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
